Fly with Darling !!

Went to look for darling at Dragonfly last night and i brought her some cookies !
Darling self-declared early dismissal from work just to accompany me club.
Love her to the max !!

Have been really busy lately.
CNY was ok except on the lunar 2 !! Argh !!
I don't wish to repeat what happened on that day.


Anyway, didn't take much photos lately.
Only a handful on the very first day of CNY before going out.

I can't wait for tmrw's buffet at home when all friends and relatives coming over !
I see more red packets crawling into my pocket! haha !

ps: Heading dragonfly tonight to meet the butterfly. LOL! I hope it won't be a wasted trip !

Happy Lunar New Year eve !!

This year's reunion dinner is gonna be different !
Ordered home delivery from soup restaurant and I think this idea isn't that bad afterall.

I don't have to squeeze with the crowd in restaurants and instead, at my world's most comfy home where I can eat while watching television programs.

I can't wait for dinner time (:



Anyway, Mom, Mili sissi and I went for manicure session yesterday afternoon.
This time round, we didn't do acrylic nor gel.
It's overlay ! Much healthier !

However, bcos I need to do overlay extensions for 6 fingers, the total bill ($200) burnt a bigbig hole in my pocket
:(

My last night pay was gone in less than a day time
:( :( :(

But still, I'm happy with the results and inlove with my nails :)

Had been down on luck lately.
Mom : "Once you're unlucky, you need to go through 3 stages of that be it minor or major ones."

And I must totally agree with mom instead of keep complaining how superstitious she is.


1st: I was knocked by this couple who was playing a fool at dragonfly. The man was carrying a woman and he wasn't able to see where he was walking and bumped right into me whereby the sharp solid heels of the woman poked right onto my right thigh and it immediately swelled up and bruised.





2nd: My poor Samsung F480 went swimming in a pail of water and caught flu. She is now recuperating in the hospital. I hope and pray that she'll be discharge very soon. Miss her so much. :(

3rd: Accidentally bumped my head really hard on a glass panel while standing up as I didn't know it was opened. Damn !

Mili Sis witness the whole process of stage #3 and her was reaction was:

"Ouch! I feel can feel the pain. Nvm Michelle, you're done with the 3 stages of unlucky events."

And that was only when I remembered Mom's quote.

Okay, I'm done with the 3 stages and I hope for a smoother life for throughout year 2009 .

Partially bcos it was our friend, Adrian's advance birthday celebration and mostly bcos my darling wanted me to go so much!

After almost 2 years in Ngee Ann, today was the very first time I forgot to bring my wallet to school today.

Thankfully, Wx sent me to school and after 3 hrs of lesson, he sent me to J.West to meet Dad&Mom who was there to visit my god-grandpa/ma and their newly-renovated duck rice stall.
And of course, I was treated to lunch:) Had a bowl of peanut riceballs cos Ah-Ma's duck noodle which I've been craving for since 2 months ago due to renovations was sold out even during lunch time.
Can you imagine how popular and tasty their ducks are now?

With free transport and meals, should I say today is my lucky day or not?

15.01.08 [Thursday]

Skipped the last 2 hr lesson cos not more than 3 of my classmates are attending and went straight home.


In the early evening, Dad,Mom , Mili & I went town to get Daddy's CNY clothes.

I lost this pair of beloved cute gold earings 2 days ago in the cab
:'(

Like every year, first stop was Heeren's Jean Perrie. Dad loves patronizing there cos he settle everything once and for all at there and he thinks that save alot of trouble.

And in just less than 1 hour, we walked out the shop with bags of daddy's clothings. The bill cost about nearly $500 !!!

Mom: "Wah.. I can buy a gucci wallet leh!"

Dad: "Eh, excuse me, I shop less than 5 times a year for myself okay! You 3 women's annual shopping cost worth not just 1 Gucci hor. I think 10 also have ah !"

I didn't comment anything and he again, he drags me into the picture. Well, i just gotta learn to get used to it.

Dad then recommended us to a place selling very yummilicious Dim Sum and we had dinner there.

Home right after dinner cos Neu is on his way back from work to get my hair trimmed:)

10.01.09 Saturday

It's a fruitful day for me I must say.
Hit bugis with the accompany of bestest sisters Mili Foo and Ronald.

Wasn't really in a good mood initially bcos of the heavy crowd there.
But gradually, as the number of bags increased as I walked, I was grinning from ear to ear.
I guess all the sweat and the numerous times of people stepping on my sandals are worthwhile.
:)

Afterwhich, headed down to Parkway Parade.
Reason was to pick Neu from work and to meet Ricky and Pearle for more shopping.
But damn, it turned out to be a food hunting session instead cos there's food fair going on there.

When it was getting kinda late, Neu and I left home as he has work the next day while the four of them went down to town for movie with Eddie & Co.

And at home, Neu was all the way snapping the camera at me.

Was caught having my lunch-cum-dinner-cum supper.
haha!

It's XiaoDi korkor's wedding day !

Well, probably It's a habit of calling him this way since young.

Actually, we're not in anyway related.

His Mom who is Mom's best friend is baby brother, bebe's god-mom.

Sounds complicated uh?

But who cares? We're like a big family in everyone's eyes.

Wedding was held at Peach Garden restaurant located at Raffles Place, 33rd storey of the OCBC building.

AWESOME !

All I remembered was I met up with Shermain Love for a short shopping session at town and met up with my parents and mili sissi.

Did a very pretty medicure at Cine .

Love and Mili were supposed to accompany me for the whole 1 hr session but they went dinner with my parents at Hk cafe instead !
