Not really sure what happened, but after googling, i found out that they were supposed to get married, but unfortunately, his fiancee met with a serious accident that almost cost her to be permanent paralysed and brain damaged. However, chris didn't give up on her. and instead, wrote her this beautiful song. & this is what i call, true love . sobs*
